Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Crewzi, operated by LAT Consult LLC dba NexaCoreAI ("we", "us"), available at https://crewziai.com.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Crewzi you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Crewzi.

2. The service

Crewzi is a field-service-management platform for managing leads, customers, estimates, jobs, invoices, and payments. Features may change over time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, upload unlawful content, attempt to breach security or tenant isolation, access other tenants' data, send unlawful communications, or use the service to violate any law or third-party right.

5. Customer data

You are responsible for the customer and business data you enter and for having the rights and consents to process it. Crewzi processes it on your behalf to provide the service (see our Privacy Policy).

6. Payments & billing

• Customer payments collected through Crewzi are processed by Stripe; you are responsible for your Stripe account, payouts, taxes, refunds, and chargebacks.
• Subscription & billing for using Crewzi: subscription pricing and billing terms, if applicable, will be presented at the time of purchase or in a separate order or agreement. Where no paid subscription has been established, your use of Crewzi is governed by these Terms.

7. Email communications

Transactional emails (estimates, bookings, invoices, receipts, review requests) are sent via Resend from Crewzi <notifications@crewziai.com>. You are responsible for lawful use of customer contact data and for honoring recipients' communication preferences.

8. Third-party services

The service depends on third parties (Stripe, Resend, Neon, Cloudflare R2, hosting/CDN). Their availability and terms are outside our control.

9. Availability & changes

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. No specific service-level agreement (SLA) is provided unless agreed separately in writing.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LAT Consult LLC dba NexaCoreAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid to us for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim or US $100.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. You may stop using Crewzi and request account closure by contacting support@crewziai.com. Upon termination, access ends and data handling follows the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
