This Privacy Policy describes how Crewzi, operated by LAT Consult LLC dba NexaCoreAI ("we", "us"), processes information in connection with the Crewzi field-service-management platform at https://crewziai.com.

1. Who we are

Crewzi is a field-service-management (FSM) SaaS platform that helps service businesses manage leads, customers, estimates, jobs, invoices and payments. Crewzi is operated by LAT Consult LLC dba NexaCoreAI, located at 220 Highland Ave SW, Concord, NC 28027, United States.

2. Information we process

• Account information: name, email, hashed password (bcrypt), role, and business membership.
• Business information: business profile, settings, price book, and team members.
• Customer & job information entered by the business: customer contact details, addresses, job/service details, estimates, invoices, notes, scheduling, and uploaded job photos/files.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe; Crewzi stores payment status, amounts, and Stripe references — Crewzi does not store full card numbers.
• Communications: transactional emails sent via Resend, plus a log of send status, provider message IDs, and related record references.
• Technical/session data: authentication cookies (HttpOnly, Secure), rate-limit counters, audit logs, and product analytics (PostHog).

3. How we use information

To provide the service, authenticate users, process payments via Stripe, send transactional email, store job files, maintain security and audit trails, and support customers.

4. Service providers (sub-processors)

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Neon — PostgreSQL database hosting
• Cloudflare R2 — private file/photo storage (objects are not publicly accessible; access is mediated by the authenticated Crewzi backend)
• Emergent / Cloudflare — application hosting, CDN, and TLS
• PostHog — product analytics

5. File storage

Uploaded job photos/files are stored in a private object-storage bucket and are retrievable only through authenticated, tenant-scoped backend requests. Database backups contain storage keys/metadata, not the file contents themselves.

6. Cookies & session technology

Crewzi uses strictly-necessary authentication/session cookies and product analytics (PostHog). Depending on your jurisdiction, additional consent requirements may apply to analytics cookies.

7. Data retention

Business and customer data is retained for the life of the account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@crewziai.com; we will delete or anonymize data except where retention is required to comply with legal obligations or to resolve disputes.

8. Your rights & data requests

Users and businesses may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data by contacting us at support@crewziai.com. Where applicable data-protection laws grant you additional rights, we will honor them to the extent required by law.

9. Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt; sessions use HttpOnly/Secure cookies with CSRF protection; access is role-based and tenant-isolated; sensitive credentials are stored as server-side secrets and are never exposed to the browser. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be posted at https://crewziai.com/privacy with an updated effective date.
